Key Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee individualized patient assessments, care planning, and direct clinical care
• Build trust and rapport with patients and families throughout the recovery process
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes
• Mentor and support colleagues on clinical matters and complex care situations
• Celebrate patient progress and milestones as part of a holistic healing journey

Qualifications

• Active RN license (state-specific)
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
• CRRN certification a plus
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation or acute care setting preferred
